For the past 17 years, beginning 1995, my experience began in the mortgage industry field, employed with a variety of mortgage companies throughout the years. Began as JR Loan Processor and worked my way up to Loan Processor III in the Modesto area. I supported and work with sales, managers, and assisted loan officers with submissions of their files with detailed and completenesses. Verify and review credit, income, assets, property appraisals, and title / escrow information for closing and funding of loan applications. Studied company policies and procedures for underwriting guidelines, finance program curriculum, and completed and passed quarterly compliance training.
Started out as a Loan Originator, analyzed applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan. I evaluated, documented, and issued pre-qualification approvals for mortgage applicants. Executed the loan origination process, including ordering credit reports, appraisals and preliminary title reports.
During this time I began my career as a Loan Originator. Worked in three mortgage companies with an ongoing sales and market role as a Loan Officer.
