Lowered the Association's delinquency totals from $197,000 to $14,000. ❖ Provided detailed oversight of the building's physical plant through regular floor inspections with the Directors of Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure that the shared facilities met the luxury standards expected by our residents and any defects were promptly corrected. ❖ Conducted and noticed meetings of the Board of Directors, organizational meetings, budget meetings, and elections. ❖ Worked directly with the Vice President of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and the Asset Manager of the Viceroy Hotel to improve the common areas. Negotiated contracts with vendors and manufacturers for common area improvements. ❖ Created and implemented policies and procedures to efficiently manage the day-to-day business operations of the Association. ❖ Prepared monthly Executive Summaries and provided budget variance explanations to the Board of Directors.
