The role of the Director for USA was created as a promotion from regional Marketing Director and accountable for marketing & sales targets, P & L, process & systems and stakeholder relations and matrix managing a global marketing team. Hired as Marketing Director to start up operation at FAU as first employee in an on-site model while leading an underperforming business unit (WKU) simultaneously.
