I have extensive background in the field of special education, delivery and evaluation of students with disabilities. I have held the positions of Speech Language Pathologist, Special Education Teacher (Self-Contained and Inclusion), Visiting Teacher, Instructional Support Specialist and presently holds the position of Director of Pupil Personnel.
Demonstrated experience in organizing departmental initiatives and collaborating with educational leaders to make data-driven decisions to close the achievement gap for students with disabilities. I have over 25 years of successful experience in the field of special education and building relationship with students, parents and community partners.
Offers assistance and needed information to parents, visits families of current and potential students, keeping records of every visit made, cultivating parental interest in their child's schools or activities, and developing children and families relationship with the school.
