OG&E Windspeed II 345kV Transmission Line (40MM) – Successfully managed a 110 Mile 345kV Transmission line from the initiation and proposal stages through construction and close out. This new line paralleled an existing 345kV line (approx. 22’ from arm of existing to arm of new line) and posed many constraints and added complexity that the company had not experienced to date. The project was energized in February of 2018.

Duke Energy Transmission and Substation MSA (5MM Annual)– Initiated, developed, and awarded a 5 year MSA with Duke Energy Florida and South Carolina performing Transmission and Substation construction and maintenance. Successfully developed and implemented an execution strategy to establish a new operating footprint in the Florida Region.

Duke Energy Distribution Pole Replacement MSA (8.4MM Annual) – Developed and awarded a Distribution Pole Replacement project consisting of over 2000 poles. Through exceptional customer service and project execution, company was awarded an MSA contract for all distribution services and has become a critical project and client for the established growth in the region.

CII Research Team 323 – Served as a Team Member on Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) Research Team 323. The focus of our research was to identify drivers and leading indicators related to interruptions in construction due to premature starts. Through our research a tool was developed to help the end user identify the possibility and severity of a construction interruption based on “Red, Yellow, and Orange Flags” provided from information entered into the tool. From there, the tool will define potential root causes and will lead the end user to literature and case studies including similarities, lessons learned, and additional helpful information to allow the user to develop a case and provide documentation to stake holders that may be pushing the project to be initiated prematurely.
