  • Managed the quality programs throughout the Betafence USA division, while primarily concentrating on the Ennis facility.
  • Transitioned the Quality Planning, Inspection, Control, Certificates and Notifications to an SAP-integrated quality management system, which improved quality inspection data, Product approval or rejection time and Storage location accuracy.
  • Improved 2016's cost of quality (COQ) to 0.46% of NET sales, which was contributed by decreasing the field Non-Conformance (NCRs) by over 50% that year.
