Seattle Academy is a vibrant and innovative independent school for students grades 6th through 12th. SAAS is "a dynamic community that challenges students to question, imagine, create in order to contribute boldly to a changing world."

  • Lead and oversee an expert team of five responsible for creating, promoting, and sharing mission-aligned content through digital and social media platforms, internal and external communications, and event management for multiple audiences. Scope includes content creation and editing for newsletters, school articles, publications, advertising, graphic design, photography, and video content.
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans, schedules, and projects in collaboration with school leadership, administrators, including Director of Enrollment and Director of Development, on operations, admissions, fundraising strategies, and tactics.
  • Partner and engage directly with Board Trustees, Parent Association, and parent volunteers for various opportunities to support students, faculty, and staff.
