I have held previous positions in which I was a department head, division head, or manager. These positions have given me the tools, skills and experience to effectively carry out tasks, be organized, effectively manage my time, deal with internal office personnel, as well as clientele, and be a leader.
I am looking to take these skills and apply them in an administrative office where I can help with company's internal needs as well as with the clients themselves.
Consistently #1 in sales at the Salon I managed in NYC
Director of Intro Services: Personally responsible for the department which introduced the public of NYC to Scientology & Dianetics. This included lectures, conversation, sales, testing and evaluation.
HCO Cope Officer: This was more of an internal administrative and management position. Statistic evaluation was involved, as well as handling all the hiring/dismissal of personnel, and handling all the organizational legal and communications (calls, mail, inter-office communication, etc)
Salon Front Desk: Responsible for taking incoming calls, making appointments, canceling/modifying appointments, handling client needs while in the salon, and sales of salon service packages
Salon Manager: In addition to the above, I was responsible for the overall performance of the estheticians and other front desk personnel. Over income of the salon, handling inventory, payroll, client upsets, statistic evaluation, group morale, etc.
