  • Delivered high-impact, multi-city innovation initiatives in diverse geopolitical contexts, including: digital-transformation initiative with chief digital officers in 18 European capitals; development program for 100 Indian cities in partnership with Prime Minister Modi; 12-city Israeli civic innovation program launched by President Rivlin; 9-city U.S. Economic mobility initiative in partnership with Gates Foundation and Ballmer Group; and Latin American urban innovation program whose ideas—coming from Santiago, Medellin, and Guadalajara—are spreading around continent.
  • Created foundation's premiere ideas competition, the Mayors Challenge, which has taken place in US (2012, 2018), Europe (2014), and Latin America (2016).
  • Launched CityLab, a leading urban summit that every year attracts thousands of city leaders, urban technologists, academics, and journalists to its host cities, which have so far included Paris, London, Los Angles, Washington D.C., Detroit, New York City, and Miami.
