Assisted physician's with diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy and BAL. Cardiac Stress Testing, Holter Monitoring, eTCO2, Oximetry and OSA monitoring. Respiratory equipment maintenance and high level disinfection; ordering, stocking and inventory of respiratory supplies. Experience working with adult and geriatric patients experiencing pulmonary conditions. Highly skilled in treatment of chronic conditions such as COPD, asthma and bronchitis. Excellent data analysis and patient evaluation skills. Registered Respiratory Therapist known for delivering exceptional patient care in hospital environments. Assisted and facilitated Lee Health's nesting program. This program was designed to train
family care givers and other lay persons to prepare them to care for friends and family's home care needs. This service included airway maintenance and care, intensive ventilatortraining theory and support. Emergency patient care, with caregiver direct hands on skills with return demonstration. Proficient with LTV and Trilogy home care ventilators. Also highly proficient with most home care BIPAP/CPAP systems.
