-Total E & P Nigeria Ltd –OML 58 (Obagi & Obite) Cluster 15 Infill Wells Development- Basic Engineering worth over USD $ 700,000 with duration of six months.
-ExxonMobil Nigeria – Accelerated Gas Lift Project for Ubit GB & Enang JE (Detailed Engineering),
-ExxonMobil, Detailed Engineering Domestic Gas Supply Project
Management representative and oversea the team performance, liaising with company.
Planning and coordinating activities of discipline engineers to ensure deliverables comply with client specification and best engineering practice
Attend management and technical meeting with client and contractor to ensure that project is delivered timely
Review discipline deliverables such as pumps, pressure vessels, pig launchers, handling studies and layouts to ensure compliance with specification

Provides assistance to Team Leader for coordination of QHSE related aspect like Hazard and Operabilities Studies (HAZOPs), Risk Assessment (RA) for heavy equipment transportation (sea & land), lifting, rigging and site installation
Preparation of technical summary of Nigerian regulations on Environmental Guidelines and Standard for Petroleum Industry in Nigeria (EGASPIN) for HHI in-house application
Preparation of Lubrication Chart for rotation equipments (Pumps, Turbo-Expander, Compressors, Turbine), CMMS data book and Spare Part list for Operation and Maintenance Team
Preparation and development of equipment thermal insulation procedure, preservation procedure, fire proofing based on MPN Specification, Bolt tightening procedure, e.t.c
Responsible for weight control analysis/reporting & auditing of offshore mechanical equipment
Attend project and design review meetings with clients and vendors
Fully participated in Construction, Installation, Commissioning of mechanical/process equipments and associated piping works (4 decks: Upper/Main/Mezzanine/Cellar)
Fully participated in Hook up and Commissioning (HUC) of the platform in Nigeria up to the Start up activities
Development of Facilities general arrangement layout, Isometric drawings, design calculations, Schedules and work procedures in compliance with international codes and standards
Review of Requisition/ Data sheets for storage tanks, piping and pumps for oil and gas industries.
