I have been part of the Lowes company for 4 1/2 years and know how this company runs and the services it wants to provide. I began as a CSA for ISLG and within a year worked my way to OPE specialist. As a specialist I gained the knowledge of specialty sales and its programs. I was successfully able to keep OPE sales above budget throughout my time in the department as the specialist. Within 2 years I was able to advance to zone 3 department manager but because of my knowledge and experience in ISLG i was switched to Islg/ Olsg within 3 months. As a department manager of ISLG I was able to provide a department that kept sales above budget and maintain a standard of cleanliness that any would approve of. With the success I was able to achieve in ISLG I was switched to zone 2 department manager. As zone 2 department manager I feel I have truly excelled. I have increase my knowledge of specialty sales and it programs, developed greater people skills to the multiple personalities and the handling of customer issues. I feel I have the complete trust of all my superiors, as evidence I am trusted with hosting all closing store meetings and ensuring the store is closed down properly, 3P, handling of customer issues from CCIC, in store complaints or MOD phone calls. I do know that there is more information to be known and will always continue learn that information so that I can become a greater asset to this company.
