Manages key deliverables, timelines, resources required, and expectations of each partner during the dental and vision onboarding process. Works with internal and/or external customers. Partners with other areas to complete transactions for account onboarding and issue customer deliverables (e.g. coding of provisions, enrollment census data, individual applications). Coordinating flow of information back to customer in an organized and timely way. Have an appropriate sense of urgency in processing new Dental and Vision submissions to ensure timely delivery of Dental and Vision ID cards to the customer. Strong productivity with a focus on quality and results. Communicate with brokers, plan administrators, and sales representatives to gather necessary supporting documentation for new groups. Enter new group enrollments in the administration system and/or process electronic enrollment. Process and audit new group ID cards
Oversee residents completing the residency program and medical students completing clinical rotations at the Baton Rouge General. I help organize the schedules, meal plans, onboarding, long range planning, and recruiting. I help to maintain administrative and database workflow. Responsible for taking minutes in quarterly meetings. Most of the work is completed by utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. I work in a timely manner and have all tasks completed by the deadline. My job is to make the residents and medical students' experience at the Baton Rouge General a positive one and to make their time here smooth from the beginning to the end.
