Strong productivity with a focus on quality and results. Communicate with brokers, plan administrators, and sales representatives to gather necessary supporting documentation for new groups. Enter new group enrollments in the administration system and/or process electronic enrollment. Process and audit new group ID cards
Oversee residents completing the residency program and medical students completing clinical rotations at the Baton Rouge General. I help organize the schedules, meal plans, onboarding, long range planning, and recruiting. I help to maintain administrative and database workflow. Responsible for taking minutes in quarterly meetings. Most of the work is completed by utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. I work in a timely manner and have all tasks completed by the deadline. My job is to make the residents and medical students' experience at the Baton Rouge General a positive one and to make their time here smooth from the beginning to the end.
