Responsible for the discipline, attendance, extra-curricular & co-curricular programming, emergency / crisis planning, scheduling, and policy development for school of 800 students.
Coordinated and expanded the school co-curricular enrichment program that included the establishment of the Summer Institute and Entrance Exam Prep Course. Responsible for developing the curriculum, hiring staff, marketing & advertising, student registration and teacher evaluations. These programs created over $80,000 in revenue for the 2015-2016 school year.
Responsible for organizing and supervising extra-curricular and co-curricular activities such as school trips, dances, student awareness programs, class assemblies, graduation, student clubs, and fundraisers.
Co-chaired NEASC Self Study over the course of one year that resulted in the reaccreditation of St. Joseph High School for ten years (2014-2015).
Assisted in the writing of a grant proposal that resulted in a $180,000 grant from the State of Connecticut for school security upgrades. Served as Chairperson of the committee that oversaw the implementation of the grant funds.
Supported the development of the International Student Program by helping to bridge the cultural gap between our international students, faculty and American students.
Responsible for creating and frequently updating school Emergency / Crisis Plan. Serve as school liaison with town emergency services to coordinate and evaluate all school emergency drills including evacuation drills, fire drills and lockdown drills.
