  • I worked in the E-Banking Department that falls under the Transaction and Treasury Services and report to the Head of E-Banking. I worked as an E-Banking support, sales and project implementation officer and work with the following online banking platforms to offer excellent client support, both onsite and remote:
  • CitiDirect Online Banking : Award winning e-banking solution that supports a wide range of payments such domestic and cross border, and tax payments. It also supports massive payments through its capability to support integration with other systems such payroll systems. It also supports the integration of ZMP for disbursement of Virtual Money to Airtel clients. CitiDirect also provides automated delivery of e-statements to clients. The following were my accountabilities;
  • •To study and understand the customer’s requirements and systems prior to installation of system(s).

  • •Bank of Zambia regulatory compliance for SI33, SI32, Direct Debit maximum limit, Cheque maximum limit, currency rebasing, transaction flow through to flexcube, the processing system.
