I am looking to expand my career from teaching at Heald College to teaching for an online AA or Bachelor's Program and I can think of no better educational institution than AMU! I loved my experience as a student and am looking forward to continuing the high level of education AMU provides. I was impressed with the quality of instructors in the Master's program and would be honored to be included with the Criminal Justice Faculty. I am a dedicated instructor bringing five years direct classroom experience, three years online experience, as well as over fifteen years in the criminal justice field. I would like to utilize my education, training experience and licensing to educate those interested in the Criminal Justice Field.

  • When Heald College closed with no warning after one week of the quarter, I worked to find a place for my students to complete the quarter and continue their education.
  • Dr. Humphrey graciously welcomed my students and me to his school.
  • He waived all fees for the students and allowed me to continue the courses as I had them set up at Heald.
  • It was a seamless transition for my students, who continue to thrive and progress past their Associate\'s Degree, Bachelor\'s Degree and head on to their Master\'s Degree.

    • I have experience in advanced firearms training, search and rescue (helicopter, snowmobile, horse, hiking and command center protocol), narcotics, K9 narcotics, narcotics handling and processing.
    • I am grateful for the opportunities and learning experiences I had while volunteering with Alpine County.
    • Was undercover in operations targeting perpetrators of narcotics crimes.
