As a crew member, I would attend customers with great customer service and to maintain a happy and clean environment for the customers for example; cleaning the line and switching out food pans. My responsibilities would also include the above but to also help out my fellow co-workers in what they need help with. I would also do any tasks that my Manager would have me do.
As a Shift Supervisor, I would have to insure all my crew members are in good shape; in health and preparing themselves for a successful shift. I do table visits to our guests and seeing if everything is okay and if there is anything else we can assist on. I also have the responsibility of counting money correctly and balancing the safe. I also work on counting Food inventory and typing required tasks that need to be done. As well as cleaning duties.
