.Supervise all the rigging that is ordered and stored for issue for the entire job. We also receive all bad rigging and destroy it and record all serial numbers so that AMECO has record of what has happened to said rigging ranging form chain falls , come-a-longs , chokers , shackles , slings & straps.
. NCCER craft Instructor for the Basic, Intermediate, and advanced rigging. (July 20015 - June 2016). Did this for 2 hrs a night 4 days a week after work hrs. For a total of 382 hrs to train Fluor employees in becoming safe and reliable riggers.
. NCCER hands on Examiner for the performance part of the test.
I give 2 test a day 4 days a week ranging from basic rigging to advanced rigging after work hrs . For a total of 88 test

. Organized a safe and productive way to rig the super heat tubes so they could be installed at the same time as the reheat tubes . This was able to cut the time in half in installing these heavy components.
