Inbound call center

  • Answer all calls from employees and patients.
  • Gather information, address the needs of the call, and warm transfer to the appropriate department if needed. Ie-PSS scheduling, Vaccine line, EHS Office during office hours, Core lab.
  • Provide test results via listapp.

Outbound call center (negative call list)

  • Provide test results to patient on call list with necessary patient Identifiers.
  • Maintain HIPAA Policy.
  • Document appropriately via comments on ListApp or Salesforce when needed.
  • Email test results requested by patient after obtaining necessaary electronic consent.
  • Provide clinical support.
