Receives and researches complaints, mediates and conciliates conflict situations for residents relevant to basic housing standards. Performs outreach functions, providing tenants and/or landlords with Section 8 procedural information, referring individuals to appropriate County agencies for assistance. Assists in presenting information on housing services and programs to community and civic groups; may represent the program on interagency coordinating committees.
