I supervise four-eight inmates at a time while monitoring 40-50 inmates awaiting commissary. I enter the inmate payroll and any overtime that has occurred. Daily count of razors. Update monthly tool and chemical inventory sheets and daily inventory of each. Constantly ensure that the commissary is with in ACA standards and safety and health concerns are resolved promptly.

My duties included timekeeper for non-CO staff, travel arranger duties, call outs, gathering information for ACA's, entering information in the CLE system, meeting minutes, providing clerical support for the Security Office, typing misconducts, entering misconduct information in the Main Frame.
H-1 Timekeeper; provided clerical assistance to the Major of the Guard, back up for Deputy Superintendent's clerk, maintained accurate records of leave slips, doctor's slip and paperwork for staff in the H-1 bargaining unit.
