My first job I've worked was a cook at Carl's Jr. My duties were anything concerning meal preparation i.e. stocking the freezer with meat patties, making the sandwiches, putting the condiments in the correct containers, etc. Other duties were cleaning the dishes, maintaining a clean work environment by sweeping/mopping up the floor from any remaining grease on the ground, taking out the trash, so on and so forth.
My second job was working a warehouse position at Ceva Logistics, which required you to move boxes on the correct pallets, shrink wrap the boxes to the pallets for shipping purposes, basic warehouse cleanup, packaging boxes, etc. Also for a short time I was running computer diagnostics on the company's products for a special 4 month project that was going on.
Last but not least my third and last job I had the privilege of working was at another warehouse company called T.M. Cobb. What I did there was door manufacturing and shipping, installing glass windows into doors, weld steel door frames together, basic warehouse cleanup, stocking and unloading shelves with doors and other materials.
Successfully achieved Eagle Scout rank through the Boy Scouts of America program.
Volunteered 3 years in a row with Bayside Church to build houses down in Mexicali for underprivileged families.
Volunteered with Bayside Church at several Salvation Army Christmas food and coat distribution gatherings.
Prepared meals, washed dishes, swept and mopped floors of grease and other nasties, stocked freezer with food, and cleaned the char broiler every Sunday because I worked the closing shift. Working at Carl's Jr. was fun, however after a while less and less hours were available for little pay so I felt I had to move on.
Basic warehouse cleanup, stocking pallets with correct boxes, loaded pallets into trucks with specific location, packaged boxes with company goods. I enjoyed working at Ceva, it provided a whole new work experience from what I was previously introduced to however me holding only a temp position, they no longer needed my services.
Basic warehouse cleanup, stocked and unloaded trucks, installed glass windows into doors, helped cut doors into their specified design, welded steel door frames together; Like Ceva working warehouse positions were fun, however the hours for T.M. Cobb were a bit too early and difficult to make due to my far away location. After a while I just couldn't make it any longer. Since I was only holding a temp position, they understood that I wanted to look for a job closer to my whereabouts.
