MY duties as a site manager was to make sure everyone including guards followed the OSHA rule of wearing their PPE at all time on site. Kept daily log of all activity on site from all shift with guards. Also keep daily log of all incident if any on construction site. Made sure that all guards were trained according to all phase of construction on site for safety to all. I was also responsible biweekly to make sure all guards turn in their pay sheets to be log and fax over to our payroll department with complete accuracy, I was also responsible for trouble shooting all guards situation with trespassers. Was responsible for doing all weekly update with the safety managers and supervisors of site.

I went to Denver Colorado for a big Conference as a guest speaker regarding homelessness.
I went to California State Capital for lobby day 3 times regarding homelessness in the City of Los Angeles to have AB voted on regarding money allocated to Affordable Housing.
In Los Angeles i have spoken to major Company, such as, Southern California Gas Company, Delitto, Winbush, Farmers Insurance People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) and the list goes on.

I was along with many city officials as the guest speaker for Homeless count Kick off in the City of North Hollywood, CA
In September with Social Impact organization, I was a leader at two Hubs Los Angeles and Compton for National Expungement Week expunging record with Public Defenders over Zoom with clients requesting expungement. It was a success so we were ask to continue the clinics. Which i am totally happy about because it help so many individuals get better employment and housing having low misdemeanors expunged.
