  • As Conference Manager for Integrative Healthcare Symposium, my responsibility was creating an exciting conference program of educational content and network engagement activities that stood above the competition. To do that, I utilized out-of-the-box thinking to provide strategic insight to growing portfolio of events and digital media serving the field of integrative medicine.
  • With a clear understanding of the healthcare landscape, I worked with key business partners to develop and implement a world-class national conference with exceptional attendee experiences.   • Created the call for proposals based on educational objectives. Reviewed all speaker submissions and made expert recommendations based on submission topic, presenter credentials and speaker history. By doing this, I created a program that increased registration year after year.

  • Medical Measurement Systems (MMS) was one of the worlds leading development and distribution organizations of medical diagnostic systems for urodynamics, gastroenterology and neurology.   • Budgeted, planned and implemented approximately 55 trade shows annually with a budget of $500,000 dollars. This included about 10 sponsored events tied to a trade show.
  • Obtained vast MediMedia product knowledge – as well as knowledge of varied markets and marketing channels by working cross companies.
  • By working with senior executives, collectively we established corporate standards of trade show conduct thus creating a tighter bond between staff teams resulting in a stronger brand appearance.
