    • Implemented OrgSync, an online community for students. Headed the project  for a nightly sync of student data with PeopleSoft using the Orgsync API. Coordinated online campus elections, event participation tracking, and "student experience" analytics.
    • Coordinated the upgrade of the Blackboard Transact system, the university "one card" program. Consulted on hardware and network infrastructure.
    • Worked with Housing Services to migrate room damages data to billing spreadsheets using VBA.
    • Restructure user security levels of supported programs to comply with campus policy and needs.
    • Provide technical support and training for 17 different campus applications. Offer solutions for enhance efficiency.
