While working at RCF Information Systems as an administrator for NIPRnet, SIPRnet and RD&T Network Systems under the Information Technology Services Support (ITSS) contract with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Headquarters (HQ). Provide support for Information Technology (IT) systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Provides support for all AFRL HQ and communication of status to management and internal customers. Provide leadership to other co-workers to help them solve problems they can't figure out, like the go to person for questions about problems.
While working at Harris IT Service I was a Senior Web Application Developer for the Information Technology Services Support (ITSS) contract with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Headquarters (HQ). Provided support for all AFRL HQ Information Technology (IT) systems including: SharePoint\LiveLink, MRC, DTTIS, ACR, and Warfighter. While working for them I developed software systems knowledge techniques, computer software concepts, and computer hardware concepts resulted in higher customer satisfaction.
