I would like to submit my resume for consideration. I recently was working as a community manager for First Service Residential, having just celebrated my ten year anniversary. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management while serving as a Sales Associate for Home Depot, before Home Depot I was a Project Manager for Toll Brothers Inc., a construction supervisor for LTS Builders and Classic Design Homes. While with Toll Brothers I helped construct the options manuals on the Jacobsburg Manor and Bushkill Manor projects in Nazareth PA while simultaneously managing the Country Club of the Poconos project. While at the Country Club of the Poconos I led the construction of the Recreation Center which included two pools, a tennis/basketball court, and a volleyball court. I would like to add that the project was completed on time and under budget. I would like to submit a current resume for your consideration.

As outlined in my resume, I have been in the construction management or management field for 30 plus years; the last 10 years as a Community Manager with First Service Residential. Since my time with Toll I attended classes with the University of Phoenix and their Business Management program; on February 13th, 2012 I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
