I love the multifamily property industry. I have worked on several different properties from class A property's to C property's ranging from 220 to 4669 units. I have worked with people from all different backgrounds and was honored to have had the opportunity to help and assist them. There are so many phases that go along with managing a property and you must have a clear understanding of how all of them work together in order for property to be succeyour ssful. I have years of experience, knowledge, and success in property management, marketing, building relationships and dealing with people. I am a dedicated manager that challenges and supports my team while bringing out the best in them. I believe in teamwork and demand respect between each other on the team. We all have a job to do that gets us to our goal and team members must believe in and support each other. I have worked with budgets, profits and losses, potential income, capital expenses, operational expenses, additional income and fee's, and understand a positive cash flow is the goal. After owning my own business, I can now see a budget from the owners side and understand the need to cut expenses and the need for a positive cash flow. I promote excellent customer service and make sure the team understands why it is a priority. I love training, teaching team members and will always be available to answer and help them any way I can. I have a fun-approachable personality. I will not do my job just sitting behind my desk all day, I will be out on the property everyday, visiting with residents, working with office team, overseeing maintenance team, checking common areas, and seeing what my residents and potential residents see everyday. I love Lubbock and Texas Tech Red Raiders and I love to talk about both of them. Learning is on-going and never ends.
