Meeting Financial Month-end required deadlines.
Processed applications and prepared lease documents.
Processed all accounts payables / receivables.
Inspect units for preventative maintenance repairs,damages and housekeeping concerns. Inspect buildings and grounds to insure the property is marketable for future prospects and to provide excellent customer service for current residents.
Supervise, train and delegate task to employees and follow up to ensure completion of each duty.
Schedule and supervise turnover of apartments. Processed and maximized new occupancies while minimizing delinquencies and outstanding balances of tenants.
