New Harmony is the only environmentally focused high school in the South East region. This is executed through creating environmental warriors who are well informed, confident, and prepared to join the community of environmental advocacy through local fellowships. Electric Girls is the only STEM program in the South East region dedicated to promoting equity through scientiﬁc skill building speciﬁcally for girls. I played a vital role in founding Electric Girls as the third member to be employed by the non-proﬁt, while being a full time student, by owning the following:
*Upon joining the team, Electric Girls served 60 girls, and upon my departure, we had grown to serve over 2,000 girls in just 2 years. The organization continues to grow and I take great pride in this accomplishment*
*Responsible for creating systems that have reached over 500 public donors, many of which were consistent, with $951,000 raised and counting since the summer of 2016, in a small city*
