Supervised 6 staff members. Responsible for the safe and effective academic training environment for 21-24 military training flights per year. Coordinated routine and emergency facility maintenance fix actions and special projects with Civil Engineering. Coordinated the Whitman Air Force Base Professional Development Center usage for four universities supporting 500 plus college students. Managed eighteen facility upgrades projects with zero delays or cost overages.
Led all phases of military training and housing oversight for 1.6K Air Force members in initial skills training. Directly supervised 11 Military Training Leaders and maintenance management requirements for two $15 Million dormitories. Responsible for programming, scheduling, coordinating, and completion follow up of all emergency, routine, and scheduled maintenance actions with Structures, Electrics, HVAC, Plumbing, and general maintenance work centers. Additionally, Led multiple facilities energy conservation and security initiatives.
