Worked in-house for Colonial's credit card division contacting customers whose credit card payments were past due and in jeopardy of being sent to an outside collection agency. Started in the entry level collection position (accounts less than 30 days past due) and quickly moved up to the more difficult accounts(60 to 90 days past due) based on my collection abilities.
