Summary

Although I have spent the last 6.5 yrs in healthcare, I have an extensive background in customer service. Most of which centered around administration utilizing many different phone systems.

Currently working as the Memory Care Activities Lead I work closely with my Director to enhance the lives of 27 Alzheimer's residents. Choosing and planning activities to best suit them individually and as a group. I train any new employees regarding activities and various other duties within my daily responsibilities.

While in the main part of our facility, I trained new activities staff for the past 4yrs. I helped the Activity Director make the activity calenders, suggested new activates and assisted in Resident Plan Of Care interviews.

I'm looking for a change but would love the challenge of combining my past skills with my present.

Sincerely,

Jessica C. Claire
