Early on I have shown a high level of service, starting at an early age in service with my job as a shift manager at a Taco Bell (1991-1994). I was recognized by the president of the Fortune 500 company for excellent customer service at a district meeting. From there I have taken my passion of serving others to a business level by working at JMA Promotions (1997-present). At JMA, my service received the highest vendor rating ever with JMA's largest client during their vendor review process. I have high integrity and a drive to ensure the client is satisfied with the service from start to finish all the while creating relationships to ensure future business. I create solutions, remedy problems and instill trust with my clients, because of this I have obtained referrals and created new client business and relationships.
In 2014, at the request of the JMA's largest client, I was challenged with the task of creating a retail store to be set-up inside the client's largest conference. The purpose was to promote brand awareness by selling branded products to client's customers, partners and employees. With this new and different request, I educated myself and created a retail layout, product selection, secured and maintained inventory, investigated and implemented a POS system to help set-up the creation of the store. I oversaw shipping, supplies, traveled, set-up and ran the retail store at the client's conference to locations around the country. I am now going on my 5 year of providing this service and my client is happy with the outcome. Their customers, partners and employee look forward to having the shop at the conference every year.
I am highly knowledgeable in the promotional products industry with 22 years' experience. I am an expert at product and vendor knowledge, different printing capabilities when pertaining to promotional products, pricing and product availability. I work from start to finish on my client's projects. I contact clients and inquire about upcoming projects, sourcing and creating ideas for these projects, creating artwork and layouts, quoting, pricing and the purchasing of products, concluding with a follow-up to check for client satisfaction.
