  • The Inside Sales department is a customer service and outside sales support role.
  • Each rep has a territory to work with an outside sales rep. The only outbound calls reps make is following up with their distributors in their territory once a month to touch base and keep them engaged and growing their business with them.
  • The majority of their day is spent talking to customers, answering product questions, resolving problems, etc.
