I am currently on special assignment as a member of the CEB + Gartner Finance Integration Team. In this role I provide service delivery support to the clients of legacy CEB memberships and Gartner's new portfolio of offerings. I was the first service delivery associate chosen to support Gartner's new memberships and am the only associate to be currently supporting two portfolios of business. In addition to the client support I provide in my role on the integration team, I am also supporting operational improvements across the business unit. I currently collaborate with internal partners to identify and improve inefficiencies in the use of the critical operations systems. Through months of project management, I am now helping to lead the roll out of global best practices and processes that are being adopted across service lines. These best practice and process improvements allow all teams to better coordinate and schedule executive support and resource delivery.
Made all business decisions during Leader on Duty shifts that included strategizing and prioritizing daily goals for 100 team members at a $55M location. Directly managed, monitored, and adjusted team performance to drive sales and guest experience through detailed review of store and operational metrics.
