I am a dedicated people person with developed management, organization and safety skills. I have been a valued asset to the PTC for many years. I have an exemplary ability to learn and put forth all the rules, requirement and expectations of the responsabilty I am given.
I have been in firefighting and emergency, response and management for over 35 years. I have dedicated my life to serving the public. I have continued my education in emergency, medical and safety training, as well as furthering my educating in computer and programs. I have many certificates and training degrees to my experiences. I have obtained my permit for my CDL Class B license.
2004-2011, Emergency Management Agency, Director Palmyra Borough
Coordinated with Borough manager, Sherry Capello, with EOP- emergency operation plans, road crews, on infrastructure and property damage assessments and remediation, coordinated between multiple police, fire, ems and government agencies. I called on road supervisors and coordinated with road crews on snow emergencies I.E. road closures and emergency snow routes.
2011 to Present, Western Lebanon County Regional EMA, Deputy EMA Director of South Londonderry Twp, Palmyra Borough, South Annville Twp and Mt Gretna Borough. Coordinating between multiple municipalities, the same as above responsibilities. We do EOP for TMI response between FEMA, PEMA and PA State Govt officials, law enforcement, fire, EMS and Exxon Energy Company, with evacuations, road closures, emergency travel points, emergency shelter locations and transportation. We prepare emergency declaration for PA state officials and local municipality officials. We call out road crews for emergency situations, to shut down roads and redirect traffic for emergency repairs, IE sinkholes, guide rails and flooded roadways.

I performed MUW duties which involved...general maintenance and janitorial of the building and grounds, maintaining and operating the maintenance vehicle and other related maintenance equipment, assists the cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment, operating the PTC radio system for information, maintaining records on janitorial equipment and supplies, operates general office equipment, uses situational awareness to anticipate and prevent accidents. I also assisted with maintenance work, as in road work, setting and picking up lane patterns, guide rail and barrier repairs and Craftco operations.
As a Clerk, I use SAP system to complete all payroll and inventory. Duty's also have been... Preparing, completing and closing of work orders, entering lane patterns into the ENS system, completing WBS request for property damage claims and preparing all equipment and materials for said claims, completing accident reports for equipment, processing mail efficiently, maintaining and tracking of inventory, process and proofread documents along with maintaining file logs, forms and letters in appropriate format and entering data and maintaining records. Duties still include, routine janitorial and maintenance of building, grounds and equipment, operating the PTC radio and operating and maintaining the maintenance vehicle to assist with monitoring road conditions and traffic flow conditions, removing road debris and responding to incidents on the roadway. During my time as Clerk for Mt Gretna we did have times of absence of an assistant foreman. I did step in to learn and fulfill the duties of that position. 2014 to 2015 under M. Lyons, acting Foreman, I did perform the assistant foreman duties. I presently... prepare work orders for mechanics and maintenance functions, including labor costs, inventory and equipment usage. I do review and prepare work documents, physical progress reports and other maintenance activity documentation. I keep records of personnel, equipment, material costs and other related maintenance data. I do conduct needs assessments to determine current and further operational requirements. I do assist in coordinating the layout and transitions of resurfaced roadways. I do maintain a professional liaison with consultants and other government agencies. As president, I did oversee operations and activities with 6 employees and 2 office workers on scheduling and billing. As an EMT, I did perform all duties expected as a qualified and dependable EMT on all emergency calls with the ambulance.
I did perform standard and advanced Emergency medical technician requirements and responsibilities and life saving necessities. As Maintenance Supervisor, I was responsible for preparing work orders for equipment maintenance and repairs, of 6 ambulances and 2 medic units with 2 employees under me.
