Led US MARINE CORPS efforts to develop and implement Enterprise Logistics Modernization Strategy across 240,000+ Global Force which included policy, process and a major Enterprise Resource Program becoming the first successful ERP for the Marine Corps replacing 40 year old legacy systems and processes. Managed budget and contracting actions in excess of $12M and a staff of 110+ to include field offices in California, North Carolina and the Far East, charged with policy compliance, audit and SIX-SIGMA process review and reform. Maintained oversight and development of Marine Corps and Department of the Navy Logistics Modernization Strategic Communication and managed Service level Logistics Education program including career level training through partnering with academia and industry to produce mid-level logisticians.

CHIEF OF STAFF LOGISTICS, II MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE, 02/2007 - 06/2008

Responsible for logistics support and sustainment to 65,000 person force to include maintaining supply chain in support of $560M in military equipment in a high tempo environment that trained, equipped, and deployed multiple forces to Iraq, Afghanistan and afloat Naval Force requirements. Managed Base facilities to include maintenance of existing infrastructure, training ranges, improvements to existing buildings and new construction.  

SUSTAINMENT CHIEF, MULTINATIONAL FORCES IRAQ, 2007 - 06/2007
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS City, STATE,

Directed logistics support to all Marine, Navy, Allied, Iraqi Forces in Western Iraq in US Presidential directed Surge during Operation Iraqi Freedom 06-08. Sustained Military readiness and provided oversight on $1B in procurement. Ran regional contracting center and economic development efforts in support of rebuilding Iraq infrastructure and economy in Al Anbar Province. Coordinated rebuilding and depot level maintenance of military equipment in the midst of operations and assisted in the development of Iraqi Force logistics, supply depots, material management/contracting programs and infrastructure to support rebuilding efforts. 

EXECUTIVE OFFICER/MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE SUPPLY OFFICER, 03/2006 - 2007
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS City, STATE, Deputy for Marine Logistics Regiment consisting of 3 combat support battalions across the functional areas of supply, maintainance, distribution, engineering, medical and dental support. Units are charged with maintaining logistics and equipment readiness for 65,000 person force.  Addditionlly was this forces' supply officer at the higher headquarters level providing oversight on all logistics policy, process and information technology areas.
DIRECTOR RETAIL ACTIVITY/COMMANDER, LOGISTICS BATTALION FORWARD, 04/2005 - 02/2006
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS City, STATE, Ran East Coast Marine Corps Retail Supply Activity in support of all Marine East Coast Forces. Organized staff and detachment of 423 Marines to deploy to Western Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom 04-06 during Counter Insurgency Operations in Al Anbar Province. Responsiblities included sustaining logistics, distribution, financial, installation, maintenance support to this Multinational Force. Ran Retail activity and logistics information technology/systems in Al Taqaddum Iraq that supported all of Western Iraq with consumables, repair parts, contracted labor and technical support, ammuntion, fuel, construction and surgical/medical logistics in excess of $221M.

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS TRAINING COMMAND , ,

Commanding Officer and Director of Marine Corps Ground Logistics school responsible for annual training of 500+ Marines, Navy and Government Civilians as well as Foreign Military Officers from entry to career level on all facets of logistics chain management, finance, distribution, inventory and project/program managment.
