  • My position at this company began with a lower position as a kennel worker, were I kept the store in tip top shape making it look presentable to our costumers, I feed, cleaned, washed and maintained health for our puppies making sure everything got done when it needed to get done. I then was asked to come up to the floor as a sales associate and sell the puppies and supplies which includes paperwork and contract after a purchase, putting the customer's information in the system, financing for them, etc after the new store opened up I was asked to transfer there as an assistant manager. There I would do a lot more for the company, making folders with the puppies information, putting puppies in the system, customer service, checking mail and calling up the customers to bring them into the store, ordering inventory etc. I was then asked to be the store manager in our third location. As manager of American Dog Club I oversee all staff, I hire and train sales associates, I also hire and train kennel workers. I put all the new puppies in the system make sure they are all ready and clean to be put out of the floor. I was in charge of the health and care of the puppies. I made sure the store is presentable for customers and every day the store was running In its best shape, and make decision everyday based on what's best for the company I also deal with customer relations and costumer service with my personal number on the contract that is given to the puppies family's that they were sold to, I'm constantly getting calls with questions and or problems ready for me to fix and help with. I then was in charge of overseeing all three locations I researched and corrected regular, advanced and long-standing customer concerns to promote company loyalty.

In American Dog Club they're was a lot of skills required that i fulfilled some were multitasking, problem solving, putting in the extra work in order to get things done the way they need to be done, Slacking was not and option. I am a team player with a big smile always on my face.
