I will always give my time, expertise, and help to assist staff and customers with all corporate issues, interpersonal issues, and sales needs. I have 10 plus years in supervision experience. This included cash pick-ups at cash registers. Requesting cash replenishing for staff. Training all staff at any level as each new employee was hired. This also included new management. I worked years at the customer service desk. This entailed many deferent aspects to my daily employment. Including customer phone calls and any customer issues. Starting a layaway account for customers as needed. As well as locating and retrieving completed layaways. Training all staff, for customer service and and cashier jobs. Locating items for customers in the store. Calling for price checks using an intercom. And getting staff to assist customers to their vehicle if the customer needed assistance as well as if the item looked to big or complicated to handle. Directing staff for daily chores as in shopping cart collections, Cleaning work areas, and sweeping to keep work area clean and safe for everyone. Appointing staff to areas that did not have any coverage because of staff on vacation or illness. I had also worked on the floor for stock displays and assisting all customers as needed.
