Several Employee of the month Awards from co workers and residents

I devoted my time to Regency at the Park a 100% as a Team player. I worked allot of double shifts without anyone having to ask me during hard times of employees not being able too go in and work. My first priority was the residents, who needed the care and making sure their safety was meant, especially during transferring them. If not enough staff then they would not be able to get the proper care. My coworkers, making sure no one would get hurt!

I would stay and dress the residents and get them into their wheelchairs for day shift. But most of all my ladies, I would take that extra mile and beautify them and make them feel as though they just came out of a beauty salon! Just too be able to see them smile was worth every minute of my whole job. It wasn't a job too me but my pleasure. They had already done their time raising their family, it was their time to be cared and loved for from us. We were their family too while we were them with them.
