Responsible for building long-term relationships with clients in person and over phone. Find out about clients financial needs by making recommendations or referring clients to IRM partners. Deliver Superior Quality Service with the PCE Commitments, BB&T Vision, BB&T Mission and Core Values. Help with daily operations of the branch, such as participating in SPK and PCE Meetings. Being timely and efficient with client transactions and keeping accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Adhering to internal controls, operations procedures and policies. Perform teller transactions such as accepting deposits, making payments, withdrawals, redeeming savings bonds, verifying checks within limits. As administrative assistant i helped with answering the switchboard at times needed, helped fix safe deposit box errors, night depository errors on contracts and helped with the morning NSF reports for retail and commercial clients, as well as the blocked account reporting (15-604 screen) now presently done in the hub. I also helped customer service with maintenance on accounts and account openings and closings.
