Summary

My name is Jessica Claire, I have been a CNA for 20 years. I have received twice employee of the year and was submitted for Honors with each of these. As blessed as I felt to receive this honor I was more blessed knowing I received it because I could help make others day better in some way, let them know they are still valuable, they are still important. If I could make one of my patients smile at me I knew in that moment it was atleast one happy moment I helped them to achieve that day . My residents and patients through the years have taught me many things and I am more blessed to care for them than they are having me take care of them. The famies become most of the time like my own family. I have a heart to serve others, I am calming, compassionate, I work well alone or with a team, I am a self starter, I am dependable , I put 110% in whatever it is that I am foing. I love any and all opportunities given to me to learn something new . I can accept constructive criticism well and I take it and better myself. I can give you everything in me while I'm at working to make sure I am doing my job my calling to the best of my ability . I will not allow anything less from myself. I am always positive and calm, I try to be uplifting to others when I know they are having a bad day . I am now 45 years old and I look to the future praying that the care I give to someone ,comes back to the care I will myself receive. So always make it the best you can . Always find the positive out of any bad. I have only been doing Central supplies and Medical records for a few months I have no issue with either job , each day I am still learning more and more, it has been a new adventure of me but never one I regret. I am a quick learner , but nevertheless, I know I still have a lot to learn in some areas of the medical records. I won't stop trying to reach my goal in that.
