Set up and worked and cleaned catering parities as homes and businesses. Parties included large weddings and débutante balls, to small baby showers and home Christmas parties. I managed a staff from 1-25 depending on size of party. I also helped prepare food for party and plan the menu, colors, deportations and initial set up.
I trained as a manager at Caremark in Scottsdale. I was responsible for placing orders, inventory, payroll, managing staff, and food cost. Also during this time I was a floating manager, where I covered vacations for other managers.
I was in charge of the Pulte Homes Cafe. For Pulte we cooked the food at the Caremark, Scottsdale location and transported it to Pulte Homes. I was in charge of food safety standards, creating a weekly menu, managing employees, and payroll.
As Manager at CVS Cotton Center in Phoenix I am responsible for managing staff and schedules, payroll, customer feedback, ordering product and product cost, pricing and menus, baking and cooking, and monthly marketing. In three years sales of grown and customer participation in the building has grown. The cafe is always clean and meets health department codes and expectations.
