Implement and supervise effective program of care as devised by Project Independence team and outlined on the youth's TILP . Develop supportive relationship with youthon caseload, completing case management responsibilities, documentation and other duties as necessary.
Assist participants in establishing successful daily routines including school, work, interactions with friends, family, etc. Respond to and attend to details of crisis situations that may arise during working and non-working (on call hours).
