-Recruit and hire of new staff.
-Work collaboratively with the other programs within the Williamsville office as well as county agencies, physicians and mental health providers.

-Provided case management for children in foster care and their families. Including but not limited to conducting home visits, communicating with service providers, creating safety and treatment plans, attending court hearings, working with biological and foster families, leading trainings and establishing a trusting relationship with clients.
*NASAW Social Worker of the Year Award in 2018 was awarded for work in this role.
