Conducts Leadership Training Course for Senior Flight Attendant upgrading and Standardization of Line Proficiency Check.
Ensures that Cabin Crew training documentation are complete and updated.
Ensures that the Safety & Emergency Procedures Manual (SEPM) and Cabin Crew Manual (CCM) is current and up-to-date; recommend revisions if necessary.
Ensures that Cabin Crew Personal/Training Files are current and updated.
Conducts proficiency checks to officially release Cabin Crew to flying duty after completing the Initial Training.
Conducts regular proficiency checks of Senior Flight Attendants and Flight Attendants.
Recommend SEP procedures / Service procedures, to ensure that Flight Safety Standards remain effective and up to date.
Facilitate correspondence between the In-flight Services Team and the Cabin Crew.
Ensure that the Cabin Crew abide by the Disciplinary Guidelines set by the In-flight Services Team.
Interview applicants for cabin crew recruitment.
Assumes Lead Position on International Flights.
Accomplish whatever duties the General Manager - Inflight Services, and Manager - Training & Standards, assigns.
