*I was asked to return to Graffix Inc in January 2008 to get their retail stores back on track. Immediate changes were made to staff, policy and goods which resulted in immediate sales growth. In the years since I've renegotiated existing leases, negotiated 2 new leases and opened those locations and closed 2 under-performing stores.
