2. Court Auction Atlantic Trader IMO# 8900969. Discovered large non disclosed fees from port authority to depart port with the vessel. Opted to facilitate acquisition to Antillean Scrap Company N.V for commissions. (Curacao 2017)

4. Developed project and secured proposals to transfer transport 3 Diamond offshore jack up Rigs Diamond Summit, Diamond Nugget,and Diamond King from U.S Golf to Dos Boca's Mexico to be loaded onto a semi-submergible heavy lift vessel to transport to Alan, India for dismantling- (USA/Mexico 2018)

5. PEMEX Tender TAKUNTAH FSO IMO# 7389493. Used contacts gained from previous Diamond offshore Rigs transfer to navigate contact channels in Mexico and find a solid PEMEX contractor that resulted being the only approved contractor besides a U.S marine consulter to PEMEX to remove oil risers and prepare the vessels to PEMEX standards. Resulting in only 2 approved technical groups at multiple round of tenders. Group is now in direct talks to PEMEX who is now also weighing a recovery option for this vessel. (Mexico 2018-2020)

6. PEMEX Tender for salvage removal of Quetzalcoatl Tanker vessel IMO# 7531321. Networking with a Dutch Broker used for proposals on previous Mexico projects we found direct contact with former Smith Salvage master who did initial salvage on this vessel. Quickly realized vessel is a high risk transfer and is to be cut at location. Group opted not to buy. (Mexico 2018)

7. Developed purchase option for Joint Frost IMO# 7802419 from Seatrade Marine. A last minute leasor was found by owner and the purchase was cancelled.

Seatrade Marine requested Feasability study for container route Maracaibo-Dominican Republic. (Curacao 2018)

8. Developed sale option for Safe Jasmina Semi-Sub Rig located in US Golf. Arranged purchase option for tugboats Teague bay IMO# 7301271 and Turquoise bay IMO# 7235903 from Limetree Bay Terminals St Croix to do final tow of Jasmina to Alang India for dismantling. Insurance was denied and a split sale deal was developed for all units involved for commission. (USA 2019-2020)

9. Consulting service to Artemis-maritime Mr Eric Weaver for scrapping of cruise ships RCGS Resolute IMO# 9000168, Saga Pearl 2 IMO# 8000214, and Grand Celebration IMO# 8314134 cruise ship (2020)

10. Tender of Noble Danny Atkins and Noble Jim Day- Houston Texas. Warned partners of Dredging risk to remove units from mooring area. Subsequently other group won Tender and had to deal with this hidden risk and cost. (Texas 2020)

12. Purchase Option Rio Caroni IMO# 8204456. Vessel pending completion of outstanding cargo contract to be sold. (Venezuela 2020-current)

14. Sale Option 3 GSP Rigs GSP Fortuna, GSP Atlas, and GSP Orizont. (Dos Boca's Mexico 2022-current)

Put together and presented proposals for new projects and funding structures, together with partner company WinGreen Marine and ATX Aeroparts.

Tender work boat owner tried to raise his rates 8x by the end of the project. We played it cool till the end and then notified him that we will only pay what has been quoted but we offered equipments removed from the vessels as a sweetener to keep everybody happy.
