As a guest services professional with experience in multiple box office positions I have a fondness for performing arts and a deep appreciation for the value of great personal interactions with customers. Played an instrumental role in increasing group sales numbers consistently on from season to season. Also accomplished the same for individual Nutcracker and non-Nutcracker performances in three seasons as Box Office Coordinator.
I aided in the increase of attendance and revenue using dynamic pricing and strategic seating holds for Fall, Winter and Nutcracker performances for the 2012/2013 and 2013/14 seasons.
